    The following conditions apply to all participants. Registrations fees include:

    • 3 days conference package (Coffee Breaks and lunches included)
    • Welcome cocktail
    • Option: Gala dinner (Château Smith Haut Lafitte) – An extra charge of 15€ will be applied
    • Accomodation is not included (a selection of hotels will be communicated soon)
    • Please, note that no reimbursement of the fees will be possible
    • For foreigners: additional fees for international bank wire transfer may apply
